Having played at various levels of competitive hockey, during that time I was introduced to off-ice strength and conditioning. I knew from that point on that I wanted to apply the same type of training and enable other athletes the ability to make the leap to higher hockey by teaching/mentoring them through strength and conditioning. I have been extremely fortunate to work with some high level athletes over the years and apply that same focus and energy when working with my non-athletes. There’s a ton of overlap in training techniques for those just looking to get a great workout in and those looking to train for a sports specific activity. I constantly work with large groups of different skillsets and physical levels, so I know how to get the best results out of all of my clients.
